Quality Assurance & Packaging

Quality is the cornerstone of our manufacturing process. Each flange is subjected to rigorous testing, including Chemical Analysis, Mechanical Testing (Tensile, Yield, Elongation), Impact Testing (Charpy V-Notch), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). We provide full Material Test Reports (MTR) compliant with EN 10204 3.1.

For shipment, all carbon steel flanges are coated with anti-rust varnish or black paint to prevent corrosion during transit. They are securely packed in fumigated wooden crates or on export-standard pallets, ensuring safe delivery to your site.
